Brandrecall has worked on external and internal communication plan which included multiple deliverables for the TCS (Test Leadership Congres)- assurance department over a period of 5 years. We planned and executed an emailer plan that defined TCS  goals in internal communication with employees. We executed a successful #ThinkAssurance campaign. Many e-mailers had been developed for external communication, which involved insurance services provided directly to the customer.

Internal communication:
They required emailers for internal communications with information about their recent achievements.
#ThinkAssurance Campaign:
With new blogs every week, TCS began a blog page under the #ThinkAssurance Campaign for internal communication and they required teasers and detailed emailers for the same.
Content for emailers:
The client briefed about the content to be listed in the emailers. The client is very specific about the content and the color palette.
