The client requirement was Brand communication of its unique value through an internal and external communication strategy. Our campaign strategy included Hoardings, Email marketing, social media marketing, etc to inspire and motivate the target audience. The strategy also included relatable content about the policy information for boosting up brand value in customer’s minds (internal as well as external Customers). We also launched a teaser about whats the actual aim of this campaign which made the Brand more friendly, open and approachable for employees as well as the target customers. Brandrecall designed many deliverables for the company and continued its work for around 7 years.

About client: It was a bank assurance campaign where Max Bupa, a health insurance company, collaborated with Standard Chartered Bank for a policy launch for the personal loans.

Client Requirements:

1. Content positioning: The client required information about the policy to be placed in a way that looks attractive and is easily readable to the customers.  

2. Launch Teasers: The client needed teasers to be launched before the actual campaign so as to grab the interest of employees as well as customers.

Agency's Approach:

1. Creative designs: Each deliverable was designed with the intention of grabbing the attention of the customers and to involve more employees. Different pictures from our databases were used in the design. Some of the pictures were provided by the client.

2. Policies: Multiple creatives were designed for each of the different policies. It was directly for the customers to read so the design was made minimal and yet attractive to grab attention and make people understand the details. Under 60 policy was designed in a way that explains the purpose of the policy itself.
